Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Window: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Intensives require 14–21 days advance notice. All bookings are limited to 30 days out.
Card on File: By booking, you authorize Shifted Sight to keep your payment method on file and to charge it for late cancellations and no-shows.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations inside the 24-hour window result in the full session fee being charged to your card on file.
No-Show: If you do not show within 10 minutes of the start time, the session is forfeited and the full fee is charged to your card on file.
Package Sessions: If your session is part of a package, late cancellations and no-shows count as a used session and are deducted from your remaining balance.
