These terms govern the Shifted Sight text messaging program. By opting in, for example by checking the text consent box on an application or by texting us to join, you agree to these terms.
When you opt in, Shifted Sight sends text messages related to what you signed up for. This includes messages about your intensive application status and approvals, logistics and reminders for The Cave and other intensives, payment and balance reminders, arrival and check-in details, and occasional service updates. We send these messages so you have what you need in one place and do not miss a step.
You opt in by checking the text consent box when you apply for an intensive or use a form that offers it, and by providing your mobile number. Opting in is always optional. It is never required to apply, book, or use any Shifted Sight service.
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us, such as where you are in the application and payment process. You will not receive a fixed number of messages per week or month.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Shifted Sight does not charge you for the messages themselves.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending messages. To get help, reply HELP or email coachbear@shiftedsight.com.
If you opt out, you may not receive important updates about your application, intensive, or payments by text. You can still reach us and receive those by email.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with any third parties for their own marketing. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
