⚠ Emergency Session Terms

Full payment due at booking — your card is charged immediately.
No refunds. Emergency slots are released last-minute and can't be re-sold.
You receive a 50-minute 1-on-1 session with Coach Bear at the time you select.
If Coach Bear has to cancel, you'll be refunded in full or rescheduled (your choice).
No-shows forfeit the session — please show up or contact us beforehand.
