The Cave for Women
For the woman who caused the harm, and is finally ready to stop running from it. No more managing his healing. No more half-truths. Three days of the work you have been carrying alone for far too long.
Read this clearly
Coach Bear does not stay onsite.
He comes in only for the sessions he personally leads, and he is not in the space at any other time. A trusted, licensed woman professional is onsite and present the entire time, holding the room so it stays safe, honest, and yours. You will never be in this process without a safe, qualified woman with you.
Travel & Arrival
Plan to arrive Thursday, January 14.
The Cave begins early Friday morning, January 15, in Scottsdale, AZ. We strongly encourage you to fly in Thursday, January 14 so you arrive rested and ready, not depleted from a travel day. Departure is Sunday afternoon, January 17. Booking your travel, flights, ground transportation to and from the airport, and any lodging outside the intensive dates, is your responsibility.
What The Cave Is
This is not therapy.
This is truth, grief, responsibility, and integrity. It is the work that has to happen before reconciliation is even possible. It is the work most women never do, because no one made a safe place for them to do it, and because doing it alone is almost impossible.
The Cave is named for the place David ran to in 1 Samuel 22, a refuge for people who had come to the end of pretending. You arrive carrying what you have hidden. You leave with it named, laid down, and a clear path home.
That is the arc. You arrive worn out from hiding. You leave with a new name and a way forward that is actually yours.

The Weekend Arc
What actually happens.
Each day is built to dismantle a specific layer. You do not move forward until the layer underneath is honest.
Day One
The Weight You Carry
You arrive carrying weight you have never named out loud. It comes out here. Each piece gets named and laid down in front of women who can finally see it with you. There is no faking it past this point.
Day Two
Ownership Without Conditions
Real accountability, real grief, no excuses, no managing his response in your head. You learn what it actually looks like to face what you did and let it land without flinching or fixing.
Day Three
The New Name
A name written that only you and God know. A path home that is specific to your situation. A closing ritual, a covenant in your own hand, and a circle of women that does not end when you board the plane.
Who This Is For
Eight to ten women. One room.
The Cave is intentionally small, eight to ten women maximum. That cap exists because the work requires it. There is no hiding in a room this size, and no time wasted catching the group up when each woman speaks.
You will be in the room with women who, like you, have caused real harm and are no longer willing to be the version of themselves who caused it.
This is for you if
- You caused harm in your marriage and you are done managing his response to it
- You have apologized but you can feel that nothing has actually changed at the root
- You are tired of being the version of yourself who hurt the people you love
- You believe God can rebuild what you broke, but you need help carrying the weight
- You are willing to do work that will be uncomfortable, exposing, and worth it
This is not for you if
- You are looking for techniques to manage your husband's reaction to what you did
- You are not actually ready to take ownership without conditions
- You are hoping the Cave is a shortcut so you can avoid the longer work at home
- You are still actively engaged in the behavior that caused the harm
- You want a coach who will go easy on you
"I nearly destroyed my marriage through avoidance, escapism, and infidelity. I came back the long way, and most of that long way was alone. The Cave exists so the next person does not have to do it alone. And for the women, we built a room where a trusted woman holds the space the entire time."

Questions, answered straight
FAQ
Is Coach Bear onsite the whole time?
No. Coach Bear leads several of the sessions and brings the same direct coaching The Cave is known for, but he does not stay onsite. A trusted, licensed woman professional is present the entire time, moderating the room and keeping the space safe. You are never in this process without a safe, qualified woman with you.
Is the weekend filmed?
Sections of the intensive are recorded and photos are taken throughout, used for documentation and content. Your application asks for your consent to be filmed, and your answer is your standing consent. You can change or revoke it at any point during the weekend, and we honor it for everything filmed after that.
Why is the investment $5,000?
Because the work is worth more than that and the cost is what it actually takes to do it well. Private lodging, chef-prepared meals, a tiny cohort of eight to ten women, a licensed woman onsite the entire time, and Coach Bear in the room for the sessions he leads.
What if I can't pay $5,000 up front?
The deposit option is $1,000 down to lock your seat, and the remaining $4,000 is broken into a plan. Full payment is required no later than one month before the intensive begins. We work out the specific schedule together after your application is reviewed.
Do I need to be a Christian to come?
The Cave is faith-integrated. Scripture, prayer, and biblical framing are woven into the arc. You do not need to come in with a polished theology, but you should be ready for the work to be done in the open before God, not just in your own private psychology.
What if my husband wants me to go but I'm not sure?
Then you may not be ready. The Cave is for the woman who has decided, on her own, that she is done being who she was. Coming only because he wants you to is the same energy that caused the harm in the first place. Reach out first, and we will tell you straight whether to wait.
Is what I share here confidential?
Yes. Each woman signs a covenant on day one. Specifics never leave the room, apart from the recorded portions you consented to. The circle that forms is sealed by the work, not by gossip.
